I thoroughly enjoyed the perfect location which was very close to the Auckland International airport. The smooth check-in process was a plus point for me.

This place was so roomy and peaceful, right by Coromandel and Botany shopping center. The staff were super nice too. The location was top-notch, just a stone's throw away from the bus stop 🚌.

Loved the modern and stylish design of the whole place, it felt like a home away from home. The free WiFi was a great perk, and the friendly staff made communication easy. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed during our Christmas stay. Plus, the spotlessly clean rooms and high-quality fixtures and appliances were much appreciated.

The thin walls were a downside as we could hear every noise from neighboring rooms. And on one particularly noisy night, there was a dispute between guests that involved the police.

During our stay at Flat Bush Holiday Accommodation, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and tidy rooms. The large kitchen provided us with ample space to prepare meals, and having plenty of milk tea and coffee was a nice bonus. The other guests were also respectful, making our stay peaceful. The bath was incredibly relaxing, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We were delighted to find breakfast waiting for us when we woke up. our stay was incredibly relaxing and refreshing. We would definitely consider staying here again, especially considering the great value for money.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor issues. The bed we slept in felt a bit unstable, and the headboard of the bed our daughter slept in was not securely attached, causing it to make noise every time she turned over.
